Sensory Analysis - Software and Statistics

• Using industry standard software, this 4-day module engages delegates in the application of a range of basic through to multivariate statistical techniques

Psychophysics, Perception and Physiology

• A 4-day module providing delegates with a fundamental background to all aspects of human sensory perception and techniques used to examine them

Consumer Studies and Market Research

• This 4-day module introduces delegates to factors affecting consumer acceptance of food and the application of techniques used to understand them.

These can all be attended as short courses or to form part of the Post Graduate Certificate in Sensory Science. These courses run at Campden BRI or University of Nottingham, Sutton Bonington Campus.

The Sensory Section here at Campden BRI is able to develop and deliver bespoke sensory training courses specifically tailored for your requirements that can run at your own site or a venue of your choice.

These courses offer a focussed and cost effective solution and by tailoring the content to cover the most appropriate topics, your team can be assured of a valuable sensory training experience.

Our tailored courses range in duration from half day overview courses to sensory screening sessions through to several days intensive training. All courses include a mix of lectures and practical sessions. We can also bring our One Day Introduction Course to your site, if you require accredited sensory training.
