Who should attend


Anyone from an organisation in the food supply chain who needs to lead audits and audit teams where there is a requirement to audit food safety management systems against ISO 22000.


Previous experience


Delegates should have experience of working in the food supply chain and a good understanding of relevant key food safety legislation, prerequisite programmes and HACCP principles as defined in Codex Alimentarius.


Course content



This course is intensive and highly participative. It includes a challenging case study to develop key audit skills
