Why attend


This course will enable you to plan, organise and deliver effective training programmes for individuals and for groups. Emphasis is placed on managing practical training in the food industry in order to motivate staff and improve efficiency. This course is approved by the CIEH for trainers of the Basic Food Hygiene course and conforms with the RIPH criteria for trainers.
